Eerste paal nieuwbouw Yong Li Belting

On August 4, the first pile was driven for the second expansion of Yong Li Europe* at the Breekland business park in Oudkarspel. This marks the start of the realization of a new production hall opposite the current two buildings on the Koolmand.
The new hall will, among other things, house a brand new 2 meter production line. The current production lines will also be moved to the new hall, creating more space in the existing buildings to expand the stock.
At the time, Breddels Architecten was allowed to make the design for the first commercial building of Yong Li Europe and the later adjacent extension. We are proud to be involved again in this new production hall across the street.
The new building consists of a masonry plinth with gray sandwich panels above it. The office area will have a sleek blue frame filled with blinds with slats, with a glass facade behind it. This gives the production hall an architectural accent and thus also refers to the existing buildings.
