Fijne feestdagen en een gezond en inspirerend 2019
The end of 2018 is approaching, a year in which we have been active on very different scales.
From the new office interior of Midocean in the KroonKantoren of Bloemenveiling Plantion Ede, to a village historical interpretation in an old street in Den Hoorn. From a renovation of a national monument at 't Fnidsen in Alkmaar, to urban development developments in the Station Area, the future living-work district of Heerhugowaard.
At Beveland in Heerhugowaard, we designed the residential building De Bever with 60 social and 18 liberal rental apartments for Segesta, as part of the area transformation, which was recently completed and is now shining in the southern sun.
In the Station area, we are fully engaged in the transformation of the former wok location for the Bakker-Bukom Trading development combination into a lively and green Station area with a residential tower (81 apartments) and a care building (54 apartments).
By building more intensively at the stations, we save the meadows and make those areas more interesting, more lively and safer. In addition, the climate objectives can be achieved more easily through compact buildings with a lot of climate-adaptive greenery, sustainable installations and close to a public transport node.
Two residential buildings (49 app.) on the Van Foreeststraat in Heerhugowaard are under construction for Bot Bouw Initiative.
The Bollengebouw, a characteristic and cultural-historical building, located on the Dorpsstraat in Broek op Langedijk, was recently completed.
In addition, we also built schools, shops, garden centers and private homes, such as that of Boer Tom.
In 2019 we will tackle every assignment with great enthusiasm, as you have come to expect from us for almost 30 years.
