Konrad Roof Technology B.V. is a company that specializes in roof renovations of both large and small format.
Until recently, the company was located in Winkel. Despite the crisis period, the growth of this fine company has continued. The wish was to move to Middenmeer to larger premises.
Breddels Architecten has been commissioned to modernize the existing building and adapt it to the wishes of the client.
The old situation was a spacious house, with a great diversity of adjacent industrial halls. The industrial halls gave a messy picture of the whole. By tackling the facades of the industrial halls, a whole has been created again. The new look fits in with the rural surroundings of Middenmeer. In addition to the industrial halls, an office annex showroom has also been built.
The new business premises in Middenmeer officially opened on 7 April.
