New location for Honda Welman

Autobedrijf Welman opens a new branch in Alkmaar at De Etalage on the western edge of the De Boekelermeer business park, in a beautiful visible location on the A9 opposite the AZ stadium.
On the ground floor there will be a workshop, two office spaces, a canteen and a large showroom spread over two floors. From the main entrance you step into a spectacular loft with a free-standing curved staircase to the showroom on the first floor. The cars can reach the showroom at a height of 4 meters via a ramp on the outside of the building. At a height of 5 meters there is also a showroom, a 3rd office and a meeting room.
At the front, the facades mainly consist of aluminum curtain walls with a lot of glass for optimal light entry into the showroom and a frame of gray composite panels. On the workshop side, the facades consist of a 3 meter high plinth of concrete panels with light gray sandwich panels above. The ramp with storage space below is clad with vertical wooden parts and given an evergreen vegetation as a finish. The roof is equipped with solar panels.
