The Foresto is almost wind and waterproof

49 apartments are currently being built in the green village of Heemradenwijk in Heerhugowaard. The spacious apartments are spread over two buildings, one of four and one of five storeys.
The complex 'De Foresto' is named after the old noble family Van Foreest from 1250, which originated under the name 'De Foresto'.
A beautifully designed garden will be built in the middle of these buildings, which will connect the buildings and provide access to the entrance.
The three-room apartments of approx. 90m² consist of a living room with open kitchen, large balcony, two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. On the ground floor are the extra storage rooms. Each apartment also has its own parking space.
The highest point has been reached and the PV panels are currently being placed on the roof. Soon the frames will be placed and the whole will be wind and watertight.
Delivery is scheduled for September 2019.
