Oosterik Garden Shop 5.000m2 – Spring 2024

In 2023, we had the opportunity to further develop and optimise the garden shop at Tuincentrum Oosterik, the largest garden centre in the Netherlands.

Together with the Oude Oosterik family, we analysed the existing situation and developed a new, logical customer route. We determined the appropriate amount of floor space for each product category and assigned the right suppliers to the various departments throughout the store.

Functionality, commercial performance and an optimal product mix were central to the project. Both existing and new suppliers were given the right position within the retail concept, while carefully considering Oosterik’s extensive own-import range.

Together with renowned brands and suppliers such as Gardena, Fiskars, Talen Tools and Hamat, we took an important step towards the further professionalisation of the garden shop.

The result is a well-organised, inspiring and commercially strong retail environment in which routing, product ranges and suppliers are perfectly aligned. A result to be proud of!
